  • 自1998年參與GHG Project (包括accreditation, certification and verification of greenhouse gas emission reduction projects. Used as consultant to the World Bank and UNFCCC, EU, OECD, and several governments)

  • Chair of IETA’s (國際排放交易協會)CDM and JI verifier group. 
    Chairman of steering committee and Project Manager for development of IETA/PCFs Validation and Verification     Manual for CDM and JI projects 

  • Member of working group for ISO 14064 – Standards for GHG monitoring and reporting ,validation and verification 

  • Member of WBCSD (世界企業永續發展協會)working group on Energy and Climate - Member of WBCSD working group on Project-based GHG protocols
